Our final builders clean service ensures every surface, from walls and ceilings to floors, windows, and doors, is meticulously cleaned. Using specialized equipment and products, we eliminate all dust, dirt, and debris, leaving your site impeccably spotless ready for handover. Our team ensures thorough and efficient cleaning to the highest standards. Builders cleans require a minimum of 4-hour booking for effective dust removal. We charge an hourly fee of $150 per hour not including GST. A final clean typically includes: Removing tape, labels, and plastic coverings Washing interior and exterior windows Cleaning windowsills and frames Washing, polishing, and vacuuming floors Wiping and polishing hard surfaces Cleaning doors, door knobs, and door jambs Removing building defects, such as paint splatter, concrete on window frames, and leftover grout on tiles Removing all rubbish and debris* *Subject to conditions
